This spring I have started a series of blog posts dedicated to outfits made of pieces under $100. You can see some examples here, here and here. After returning from our trip to Barcelona though, I came up with several changes I want to do on the blog. So, in order to give you even more inspiration, I thought that I could present a monthly curated selection of pieces under $50 that you can buy online via a link posted below the picture or in stores if you find a shop near you. Are you ready to discover my September favorites?
Why pieces under $50
Two reasons. The first one would be that statistically speaking, it has been discovered that a larger percentage of people tend to buy clothes under $50 or $100. The second reason would be that, when it comes to style, the price tag becomes quite irrelevant. Style is not about the price tag, but rather about pairing different pieces in a harmonious way. This is why I curate the pieces I present to you on the blog.
An example is the best proof
It would be quite ridiculous to show you pieces under $50, but to wear in my outfit clothes that go up this price. This is, along with this curated selection of pieces, I share with you a chic outfit made of affordable clothes. More precisely, today I'm wearing a pink headband ($18), a copper blouse ($35), a striped asymmetrical skirt ($20), a pair of slingbacks ($25) and a "baguette" bag ($35).
This quarantine life made me become nostalgic. That is why I challenged myself to write a blog post about how I would dress if I were 16 again. Join me to discover 6 great teenage outfits. Find more...
